Charlene is the Head of People and Wellbeing at Thackray Williams. She joined the firm in July 2023.
Charlene has spent the last 13 years heading up the HR function of an asset management consultancy across multiple jurisdictions with over 400+ staff. She has a variety of experience covering a range of HR disciplines. She is well versed with start-ups, opening new offices alongside driving high growth strategies both organically and via acquisitions. Charlene originally qualified as a solicitor in the corporate / commercial department of the London office of O'Melveny & Myers in 2007.
Charlene's focus is to ensure that the HR function provides the optimal environment for the team to deliver an excellent service to clients.
Charlene spends her spare time trying to keep up with her two boys' social life amongst trying to see wider family and friends.
