Prior to joining Thackray Williams, Elliott worked at LexisNexis as a Paralegal. He joined Thackray Williams in March 2021 as a trainee in the Family Department. Elliott qualified as an Employment solicitor in March 2023.

His role as an Employment solicitor at Thackray Williams consists of advising a wide-ranging client base of both individuals and commercial clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including day-to-day matters such as disciplinary & grievances procedures and also settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, victimisation, contractual documents, contractual disputes and contacts.

Elliott is hard working, reliable, dedicated, personable and always strives to find the best possible solution for the client. Besides his technical skills, he is able to provide information in a clear and concise manner which ensures the client has a comprehensive understanding and clarity of the issue in hand.
