Prior to joining Thackray Williams, Elliott worked at LexisNexis as a Paralegal. He joined Thackray Williams in March 2021 in the Family Department.

His role as a Employment solicitor at Thackray Williams consists of advising a wide-ranging client base of both individuals and commercial clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including day-to-day matters such as disciplinary & grievances procedures and also settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, victimisation, contractual documents, contractual disputes and contacts.

Besides his technical skills, he is able to provide information in a clear and concise manner which ensures the client has a comprehensive understanding and clarity of the issue in hand.
