Mustafa specialises in contentious construction, including dispute avoidance, limitation, ADR, adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings.
Other Litigation and dispute resolution matters Mustafa deals with include all aspects of commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, easement, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, nuisance, trespass, dilapidations, service charge disputes and both residential and commercial possession claims.
Mustafa also acts for commercial clients in commercial disputes over breach of contract, frustration of contracts and breach of commercial agreements, along with shareholder and director disputes.
Mustafa has conducted numerous hearings in the County Court and High Court, as well as mediations and round table meetings.
Before joining Thackray Williams in 2021, Mustafa worked as a paralegal for a London law firm, where he completed his training and worked as an assistant solicitor. Mustafa then moved to a large regional firm in Kent in 2016, working there for 4 years.
Mustafa lives in Kent with his family and when he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming and visiting the gym.
