No Fault Divorce Law

Today (6th April) sees the introduction of the new no fault divorce law. It is the biggest change to divorce law in the last 50 years and something couples have been desperately waiting for.

TW's Head of Family Law, Stuart Ruff, has been quoted in a number of publications regarding his thoughts on the new law and the pain it could save couples in the future.
