Covid-19 Information Hub

Understanding what COVID-19 means for businesses and individuals.

Throughout the pandemic Thackray Williams has continued to support our clients and communities. We are proud of how our people have risen to the challenges and thank them for all their hard work over the last few months.

As Government advice and the ways we work continues to evolve, public health will continue to be our top priority. We ask for your patience and understanding in working with us as things change.

Most of our meetings will continue to be by phone or video conference.

Physical appointments at our offices should be held only when essential, and they must be pre-agreed. Please do not just drop in but call to make an appointment so we can consider your request.

We need to manage the number of people in our offices to ensure we can maintain social distancing, so protecting both clients and staff.

Most of our staff continue to work from their own homes. Please recognise we will have restrictions on the availability of specific individuals for meetings, for example they or a family member may be shielding or they may not wish to travel on public transport at this time. Where we do arrange a physical meeting, please allow us to review which lawyer attends so we can protect our people and they do not feel under duress when there remains much anxiety about COVID-19.

Our staff remain professional and responsive and we are able to progress your matters in the same manner as we always would. However, if you ever feel that our service standards drop or you have a suggestion as to how we can improve, please email Sean Sanders, Managing Partner, directly on sean.sanders@thackraywilliams.com.

These are unprecedented times, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as well as your willingness to make these adjustments. Our ambition is to serve our clients so well that we are always your chosen advisor.

Thank you for your support.

We are doing all we can to ensure that we protect you and our staff while continuing to maintain the high standards of service for which we are known.

Our resource centre will continue to be updated.
