Nima is an Associate Solicitor and Trust Estate Practitioner and covers wills, trusts and tax planning, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. She specialises in contentious court of protection matters. She also provides attorney, deputy, trustee and executor advice services.
Nima qualified in 2010 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and an associate member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
She understands that clients do not have legal problems, but personal problems with legal issues. Clients know and respect Nima’s provision of clear and practical advice, particularly in sensitive and difficult situations. This is necessary in order achieve client objectives.
When not working, Nima enjoys getting out and about with her young son and daughter. In her free time, her interests involve travelling, food and going to gigs.
