Elliot joined Thackray Williams in 2003 and has been recognised for the last 10 years by Chambers and the High Net Worth Guide, as a leading individual in his field, Elliot is one of a small number of private client lawyers in Kent to have been acknowledged in this way.
He looks after a wide range of individuals, from those with relatively straightforward circumstances, through to very wealthy clients with substantial assets, both business and personal, in numerous jurisdictions across the world. Elliot is also a Trustee of 2 local Charities including the role as current Vice-Chair of the Bromley Voluntary Sector Trust, the charity which manages Community House which provides a home to a number of local and national charities.
Nima Stepney, Partner, Thackray Williams
Nima joined Thackray Williams in 2017. She covers wills, trusts and tax planning, powers of attorney and court of protection work. She specialises in contentious court of protection matters. She also provides attorney, deputy, trustee and executor advice services.
Nima qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and is a qualified Trust Estate Practitioner. She is also a full accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and completed The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists qualification.
She understands that clients do not have legal problems, but personal problems with legal issues. Clients know and respect Nima’s provision of clear and practical advice, particularly in sensitive and difficult situations. This is necessary in order achieve client objectives.
