Thackray Williams celebrates award success and new joiners to bolster established teams.

Associate Solicitor in the Leasehold Enfranchisement department, Alisha Maidment, is a finalist in the Rising Star category of the Apartment Advisor Awards. Alisha, who qualified as a solicitor last August, specialises in leasehold matters.

Our contentious probate offering has been strengthened with the arrival of Lee Quickenden, a Senior Associate Legal Executive, while the Private Client team has welcomed two new paralegals: Maria Ahmed and Muhemmed Qureshi.

Lee Quickenden trained with a well-regarded boutique litigation firm in London, gaining further experience at regional firms in the South-East. He advises both claimants and defendants on all aspects of estates and trust litigation. 

His expertise includes challenges to the validity of Wills, applications for rectification of testamentary documents and Inheritance Act claims. He also acts in disputes involving trustees and executors including applications for removal and replacement of PRs, disputes over the administration of estates, TOLATA Claims and constructive/resulting trusts disputes.
