Lee is a Senior Associate Legal Executive in our Contested Wills, Probate and Estates team and he has been a Fellow of CILEX since 2014

Following his training with a well-regarded boutique litigation firm in London and gaining further experience at regional firms in the South-East, Lee has a solid background in dealing with a broad range of litigation matters such as commercial and property disputes, but has a specific emphasis on dealing in matters regarding contentious trusts and probate disputes.    

Lee now advises both claimants and defendants on all aspects of estates and trust litigation including challenges to the validity of wills, applications for rectification of testamentary documents, Inheritance Act claims, disputes involving trustees and executors including applications for removal and replacement of PRs, disputes over the administration of estates, TOLATA Claims and constructive/resulting trusts disputes.  

Lee is a full member of both The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and The Contentious Trusts Association (ConTra).

Outside of work, Lee is a keen runner and sports enthusiast which keeps him fit enough to run around after his young family.
