Alisha joined Thackray Williams in November 2023 as a Conveyancing Executive in our Leasehold and Residential Conveyancing team.
She specialises in leasehold matters and advises on issues relating to lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, right to manage claims and leasehold site projects.
Alisha has an in-depth knowledge of the Statutory and Voluntary Lease Extension processes and provides guidance and reassurance to clients on the technicalities of choosing between voluntary and statutory lease extensions.
In her spare time, Alisha supports various charities including Parkinsons UK, Lung Cancer and Dementia UK. She also enjoys running.
