Alisha is a Solicitor in our Leasehold and Residential Conveyancing team, she joined Thackray Williams in November 2023.

She specialises in leasehold matters and advises on issues relating to lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, right to manage claims and leasehold site projects.

Alisha has an in-depth knowledge of the Statutory and Voluntary Lease Extension processes and provides guidance and reassurance to clients on the technicalities of choosing between voluntary and statutory lease extensions. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Alisha worked within the team as a Conveyancing Executive.

In her spare time, Alisha supports various charities including Parkinsons UK, Lung Cancer and Dementia UK. She also enjoys running.
