Liz Hutton

Liz is a highly experienced Senior Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team where she handles all aspects of the conveyancing process. She works for a wide range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, developers, private buyers and sellers, and their lenders.

Liz holds a degree in Geography from Keble College, University of Oxford. Following a successful decade at the top tier of the property industry, she transitioned to law, completing her training at a specialist property firm before moving to prestigious city law firms focused on prime central London Real Estate. This extensive background equips her with a unique understanding of the complexities of conveyancing and the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction. Her clients value her straightforward, honest, and commercially minded approach.

Outside of work, Liz is a keen mountain biker, and has recently conquered the London to Brighton off-road challenge. She also enjoys maintaining her fitness through Pilates and swimming and is currently learning to play Padel and Pickleball.
