Lydia joined the firm in April 2023 as a Legal Assistant in the Employment Department.
Lydia assists the team on a wide range of employment matters including preparing client advice, drafting documents, attending meetings, liaising with clients and undertaking research.
Before joining Thackray Williams, in 2021 Lydia completed the LPC with an integrated Masters at the University of Law. She also volunteered part-time as an employment paralegal for RCJ Advice (branch of Citizens Advice).
Lydia participates in a variety of community based activities including charity walks and weekly volunteering with the elderly. In her spare time she likes to keep active in the gym, or by going on long walks. She also enjoys socialising with friends and family.
