Will King

Will joined Thackray Williams in May 2025 after working at another leading Kent law firm during the early part of his career.

Will graduated from London South Bank University in 2014 with a First Class Honours degree in Law and studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating in 2016 with a Distinction. Will qualified in 2018.

Will’s approach of providing practical, client-focused advice in straightforward language helps his clients to achieve their goals at all stages of the life cycle of a business.

With a keen eye for detail and well-rounded experience of a broad range of corporate and commercial work types, including business sales and acquisitions, company law, commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements and intellectual property, Will always has an eye on the bigger picture and advises his clients accordingly.
