Lydia is a Solicitor in the Employment department.
Lydia joined the firm in April 2023 as a Legal Assistant in the Employment department, following completing her Sociology and Criminology degree, the Graduate Diploma in Law, and Masters in Legal Professional Practice.
She qualified as a Solicitor in April 2025 – five months ahead of schedule – after gaining valuable experience across the Employment and Corporate Commercial departments. She is building a specialist practice in neurodiversity discrimination, supporting individuals who have experienced discrimination in the workplace and representing them in Tribunal proceedings. Lydia also advises commercial clients on day-to-day employment matters and assists with settlement agreements, offering clear and practical guidance in every situation.
