Jennifer is an Employment Partner and leads the team at the firm's London office.
With over 20 years’ experience advising London-based clients on all aspects of employment law, she is a trusted adviser to employers, boards and senior executives on complex, sensitive and high value employment law matters. She provides a personal service to clients, builds long standing relationships and always strives to ensure that her advice is pragmatic and aligned with the client’s values and objectives.
Jennifer’s particular areas of interest include:
- Board-level and C suite instructions, advising on executive appointments and exits, senior leadership disputes, restructures and reorganisations
- Cases involving workplace mental health issues
- Providing advice to organisations, senior executives, partners and directors, including advising on service agreements, especially focussed in on incentivisation and retention
- Restrictive covenants
- Workplace investigations
- People policies, organisational values and leadership training
- The employment aspects of corporate transactions
Jennifer also advises employers and senior executives on contentious employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual claims, and represents clients through to Employment Tribunal, Appeal and High Court proceedings, where required.

Jennifer has solid experience in advising clients in banking, financial services, insurance, private equity, luxury retail, professional services and media. She is also very happy to advise clients in Third Sector organisations.
