Malcolm Clarke has over 45-years’ experience and is the Managing Director and Chairman of Baxall Construction, a South East Building Solutions provider in the built environment delivering design and build, refurbishment, project and facilities management services of projects up to £25m. He leads Baxall with a focus on teamwork, innovation and whole-life solutions in the built environment and has driven the business to adopt BIM, MMC and a more integrated delivery model. His leadership emphasises growth, sustainability and modernisation in the construction industry.

In our extra time slot we will hear from Roger McKerlie of the Environmental Business Network. Roger supports “Climate Game Changers” — businesses that see sustainability as a source of competitive advantage.
Helping organisations get started on their ESG journey Roger acts as a “translator,” turning high-level sustainability drivers from finance, government, and corporates into practical actions for business leaders.
