Lisa is a solicitor specialising in employment law. Having completed her training with Thackray Williams, Lisa qualified into the Employment team in 2017 and became an Associate Solicitor in 2020.
Lisa advises a wide-ranging client base of both individuals and commercial clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including day-to-day matters such as disciplinary & grievances procedures and also settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, victimisation, contractual documents, contractual disputes and contacts.
Described as pragmatic, professional and personable, Lisa understands the importance of not only identifying and delivering a solution for her clients but also finding out about them, their business and wider needs. Building strong, supportive relationships with her clients is key to Lisa’s success.
Employment matters can create stress and uncertainty but with strong commercial awareness, a calm and personable approach, and the ability to provide clear advice, this stress and uncertainty can be minimised.
Lisa organises and runs the firm’s LINK networking event for young professionals in Bromley and surrounding areas, and is part of the firm’s Next Generation Networking Committee.
When not at work, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family
