Bromley office

Louise is a solicitor in our Commercial Property team. Louise deals with a range of commercial property work including business leases (acting for landlords and tenants), general commercial sales and purchases, secured lending and investment sales and purchases. Louise also deals with residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing.

Louise obtained a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course and went on to train at Blackheath / Lewisham firm, Beverley Morris & Co, qualifying with them in 2015. Louise continued to work at Beverley Morris & Co for four years where she developed her experience dealing with a broad range of commercial and residential property work before joining Thackray Williams LLP in September 2019.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Louise worked for a period in financial products complaints where she established a strong foundation for commitment to excellent customer service. Louise strives to provide clients with clear, efficient and pragmatic advice and enjoys guiding her clients through what can sometimes be stressful transactions. Louise enjoys being thorough and analytical and likes being able to put this into practice as part of her work, for example, when drafting commercial leases that best protect her clients’ interests.

Louise has lived in the South East London / Kent area for nine years and likes to find time to explore new places in the area with friends and family. In her spare time she also plays the piano, likes to travel and has recently taken up knitting. She is also part of an amateur dramatics group.
