Linda Gabriel

Education/Career History

Linda attended Selhurst Grammar School, Croydon and then St Anne’s College, Oxford (MA hons Jurisprudence) followed by the College of Law, Chester.  She trained at Samuel Dean & Co, Liverpool and qualified as a solicitor in 1977.

Apart from a stint working for the Charity Commission, Linda has always worked in private practice, being the head of our Private Client Department since 2001.  Linda is also our Senior Partner.

All aspects of probate, Wills trusts and matters concerning the elderly client. 

Trust creation, management and administration including acting as trustee

Advising on charity matters

Advising on nursing home fees and benefits for the elderly

Administration of estates including acting as executor
