We currently have vacancies for Administrative Assistants within our Administration team. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to perform all manner of administrative and file management operations requested by Lawyers, Legal Assistants, Document Production Specialists and other support functions both under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and working independently. This includes file opening, copying and filing, archive management, scanning, shredding and completing general administrative duties as required.

(Private Client experience preferred)
The Legal Assistant would be primarily providing support to the Private Client Department, however would be expected to provide support to other departments as and when required. The successful candidate would ideally have Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience within Private Client.
The Legal Assistant will act as a workflow manager for other support services including delegating and supervising the completion of document production, file management and copying/scanning work. The Legal Assistant will take an active interest in and obtain a thorough understanding of all aspects of client requirements to provide exceptional service levels to both the Lawyers and clients.
In addition to providing support to the fee-earners to whom they offer services, the Legal Assistant will also provide assistance to their immediate colleagues in the department and, where practical, other departments.

Legal Secretaries - Document Production
(Private Client or Employment Law experience preferred)
We have several vacancies for Legal Secretaries within our Document Production team. The role of the Legal Secretary-Document Production is to provide fee earners with a seamless, professional, accurate and efficient document production service. The job holder will be wholly familiar with all software packages required to produce the firm’s documents, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. The job holder will be required to advise on document layout and reformatting options and will also manage the firm’s precedent bank to ensure all documents are maintained in the firm’s house style and are consistently updated upon instruction from the legal departments. The Document Production Team will take an active interest in the workload and requirements of each area of the business and will provide flexible services to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
