Vikki is an Equity Partner, Board Member and has overall responsibility for TWs Real Estate departments.

Passionate about property, she’s been the driving force behind the team for more than a decade, and is integral to its continued, and increasing growth and this is further evidenced by the firms’ rankings in Chambers and Legal 500.

Widely recognised for her knowledge and expertise, Vikki is regularly sought out for her comprehensive and technical understanding of enfranchisement, which is an incredibly niche area of law, and one that few firms have any understanding or experience of.

In parallel to her Board commitments, Vikki’s client instructions are concentrated within the leasehold team, providing support and advice to leaseholders, freeholders, and intermediate landlords.

Her focus also includes, lease extensions, freehold acquisitions and disposals, variations of leases, licenses to carry out works, grant of new leases, licenses to assign leases, landlord enquiries and deed of covenants.

Vikki’s approach provides unwavering support, as she delivers the fundamentals needed to enable her clients to make informed decisions, with confidence.

She’s organised, pro-active, and quick to respond, and enjoys helping her clients to understand the intricacies and technicalities of the legislation that they are faced with.

Agents too, find Vikki’s advice invaluable, and know to engage her early on in a transaction. They also fully utilise her time, and skill, as she develops bespoke educational programmes for their teams, which she delivers across the region.

With the continued expansion of the firms’ leasehold team, we are proud to be positioned as one of the largest, ‘specialist teams’, in the sector, outside of central London.

Outside of the office Vikki enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and playing sports. She’s also a Governor at her local primary school, and one of the founding and active members, of the leadership team at the Kings Hill Football Club Business Partnership.
