Contrary to public perception, a property conveyancing transaction is not standard. Every transaction is different, whether due to legal issues surrounding the properties involved, the length of a chain, the co-operation between firms of estate agents and conveyancing solicitors or the different personalities of the buyers and sellers themselves.

For that reason, we do not delegate transactions to a clerk. Neither do we treat them as part of a production line where there is no one person to whom you can speak.

We undertake to give you regular updates on your transaction. We believe that communication minimises anxiety and leads to a more positive experience for all concerned.
