Buying at Auction?
Commercial property transactions involving properties being sold at auction are likely to be unique, difficult to value or may have some hidden issues or defects. An auction contract is usually prepared by the seller's solicitor in collaboration with the auctioneer and once the gavel falls the buyer is bound by those terms. To prevent costly mistakes it is vital that a solicitor has checked this for you - before you attend the auction. We provide a service for the purchase of auction property. Email us to find out more.
Licensing
We advise on alchohol and entertainment licences including making applications for new licences, variations of existing licenses and transfers of licences. Go to more information on Licensing.
Bank Finance
We act for a number of major banks providing independent advice where there is substantial funding involved. We investigate title on behalf of the Bank, address any title issues or defects with the borrower's solicitors and take all necessary steps to perfect the Bank's security.
