Education and Training
Attended Guildford College of Law and undertook the CPE and LPC after obtaining a degree in Systems Analysis from Bristol UWE and three years living and working in France. Qualified in 2008 into the niche area of Leasehold Enfranchisement at Thackray Williams LLP
Main Practice Areas
Chris has experience in many areas of property law generally but with a specific focus on Landlord and Tenant law for residential property and particularly leasehold enfranchisement including lease extensions, right to manage applications, freehold acquisitions, ground rent disposals and general management issues. Chris is involved in many large applications at developments in and around London dealing with between 5 – 30 applications in each project.
