Following her law degree, Lisa completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, gaining a Distinction. After working as a Legal Caseworker at a firm in west London, Lisa joined Thackray Williams in May 2014 as a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Department. Lisa completed her training contract at Thackray Williams and qualifed as a Solicitor in the Employment department in 2017.
Lisa particularly enjoys the mix of problem solving, analysis and communication and believes excellent client service is an important contributor towards a company’s reputation, ensuring repeat business and attracting new clients.
Lisa supports the Bromley Education Business Partnership, the Next Steps events for those students not going to University and recently judged at the Dragon’s Pen event at a local boys’ school.
Involved with Elmwood Care Home, Lisa helps run arts and crafts workshops for the residents, delivers gifts at Christmas and attends shows and musicals at the Home for a sing-a-long with the residents. She also volunteered for the Night Shelter winter scheme, spending an evening with a group of guests, preparing and serving dinner, dessert and hot drinks.
When not at work, Lisa enjoys going to the gym, cooking, reading, visiting the theatre and travelling.
