Kevin is a Partner and head of our West Wickham Branch, where he has worked for over 20 years as head of Residential Conveyancing there.

Kevin attended Leicester Polytechnic and then Guildford School of Law. He qualified as solicitor in 1989 and became a Partner in Leigh Williams in 1998.

Kevin has an in-depth knowledge of the London Borough of Bromley and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold land, transfers of equity, remortgages, equity release, shared ownership and right to buy

Kevin had always favoured the Branch Office environment where he has built up a good reputation and many good relationships with agents, clients and local businesses alike.

Outside the Law, Kevin is a keen Actor & Director. As a Director, he has directed more productions at The Churchill Theatre, Bromley, than any other single person.

Kevin is also the resident Chairman of the famous Players Theatre Music Hall and regularly appears at the Charing Cross Theatre in the West End as well as guesting for other companies in that guise all over the country.
