Our Commercial Property team regularly work with a number of institutional and niche commercial lenders with respect to their lending and security requirements. We are also instructed by lenders to advise borrowers in circumstances where the borrower’s solicitors are precluded from acting due to conflicts of interests.
We also act for borrowers in connection with their commercial mortgages and borrowing and the other numerous types of additional security, that are required by lenders such as debentures, guarantees and step in deeds.
