The Law Society is launching a media campaign aimed at consumers to reinforce the message that it is best to use a solicitor to create a HIP.

This is aimed to coincide with a major press advertising push later this month by the Communities and Local Government (CLG) on sellers’ legal obligations to provide HIPs.
