As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Glen specialises in all areas of family law with a particular emphasis on children cases including:
Acting for parents and children in care proceedings.
Representation of parents and grandparents in respect of family proceedings relating to children. Such matters include residence, contact and specific parenting issues.
Change of name of a child
Applications to remove a child from the UK permanently
Domestic violence injunctions between married, unmarried couples or other family members.
Divorce and judicial separation
Glen undertakes his own advocacy on behalf of his Clients in many of his cases. He is happy to accept instructions to attend Court from other firms on an agency basis.
