Education/Career History 

Attended Sedbergh School,  then Liverpool University.  Trained at Rodgers and Burton and qualified as a solicitor in 1990 becaming a Partner in 1992.  Joined Thackray Wood in 1997 and became a Partner in 1999.

 

Main Practice Areas 

Property disputes, Landlord & Tenant, Leasehold Reform disputes, professional negligence claims, possessions claims, licensing.
Disputes in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal relating to service charges and freehold valuations.
Cases include: Castlegroom Ltd v Enoch (no 1) [2003] 2 EGLR54; [2003] 31 EG 69; Castlegroom Ltd v Enoch & Ors (No2) [2003] 3 EGLR 46·
